The staff was very friendly. They addressed all needs quickly. My child's birthday became a beautiful day because of them. The breakfast was good quality and freshly cooked.

The electrics kept going off in my room. I also had no hot water. This was a total mess. There was no toilet paper in the room.

the staff was really kind and helpful. nothing was too much trouble.

I arrived and the room had a very unpleasant smell. there were pet hairs on the balloons. This made me question where they were from.

free parking comfortable bed ideal location

i found a free parking spot on the seafront, a convenient feature. the room included fluffy pillows and a comfortable bed, good for resting. the hotel is only a few minutes walk from the south pier, an ideal location.

there was no soap provided in the room, an inconvenience.

The staff were pleasant and the owner was fantastic! he even went out of his way to buy cots. This was very helpful, showing dedication to guest comfort, and i appreciated it.
